Rose Byrne, born Mary Rose Byrne on the 24th of July 1979 in New South Wales and is an Australian actress. Her screen debut came in 1992 with a small role in Dallas Doll going on to play the leading role in the Australian film The Goddess of 1967, the film was a hit and led to her playing Ellen in the television series Damages which won her two Golden Globes and two Emmy Awards.
More recently, the actress has worked in some high budget films such as the X-Men franchise as Moira MacTaggert and the Neighbors franchise as well as the recent Peter Rabbit film, making a name for herself as a versatile, talented actress. With over thirty award nominations to her names and thirteen wins, she has established herself in Hollywood.
