Kodak Black, real name Dieuson Octave, is a rapper from Pompano Beach, Florida currently signed to Atlantic Records. He has been prolifically releasing mixtapes since the early 2010s, starting with Project Baby in 2013. His second mixtape featured the track, “Skrt,” which gained a lot of traction after being cosigned by Drake via his radio how OVO Sound Radio in 2015. His latest mixtape, Lil B.I.G. Pac, was released in 2016.
