Travis Savoury, popularly addressed as Baka Not Nice, was born on March 6, 1979 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. His musical career as a rapper started in 2013 and OVO Sound (co-founded by Drake) signed him to the record label in June of 2017. Three days after signing to the record label, he released an album titled Live Up To My Name. Baka was a childhood friend of Drake and part of his security team, which is how he got to know Drake, who has helped him begin his musical career. His voice has been heard in many of Drake‘s songs including “From Time,” “Nothing Was The Same,” “Free Smoke,” “Gyalchester,” and his 2017 album More Life.
