Toby Keith

Toby Keith, born Toby Keith Covel in Clinton, OK, is an American country singer-songwriter. He currently records on his own label, Show Dog Nashville. He has released seventeen studio albums, three Christmas albums, and three compilation albums over the span of 21 years. His self-titled debut was released in 1993 on Mercury Records and featured the hit song “Should’ve Been a Cowboy”, which would become the most played country song of the 1990s. Over the years he has released 32 Number 1 singles, including “Red Solo Cup”, “I Love This Bar”, “My List”, and “How Do You Like Me Now?”.

He has performed with Willie Nelson, Sting, and Blake Shelton, among others. He has been named Billboard’s Country Artist of the Decade and has won four AMA awards, seven ACM awards, and two CMA awards. Toby Keith owns his own franchise, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, featuring the signature drink “Wild Shot”, as well as his own clothing like, TK Steelman. Toby Keith has not yet set a release date for his next studio album, 35 MPH Town. He has been nominated for induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2015.
