Nathan Fillion is a Cadian voice actor and actor. With an education from the University of Alberta he got his start with various theatre, television and film productions. His career took off with his work in the soap One Life to Live as Joey Buchanan, a role he gained an Emmy nomination for.
In 2002, Fillion landed the role in the critically acclaimed Joss Whedon created science fiction series Firefly in which he played Malcolm Reynolds. With many film and television credits to his name, he is best known for his work in the television series Castle, in which Fillion plays the titular character alongside Stana Katic and Susan Sullivan. The actor can currently be seen in the Netflix hit series Santa Clarita Diet.
