JVMIE, born Jamie Lee Wilson in Queensland, Australia, is an Australian singer, songwriter, and music producer in the EDM, dance, and house music genres. During her stay at the Conservatorium of Music she majored in Jazz and was featured on the talent search program Triple J Unearthed. After moving to London, Jamie worked in musical theatre until she met a DJ that convinced her to pursue a career in electronic music. In 2015 her single “Out of Nowhere” featuring Stonebridge charted in as one of the Top 30 Most Played Dance Songs On US Radio. In 2016 she with songwriter and producer Dace Aude to produce the single “Back 2 Love.” The song peaked at number 31 on the Billboard Hot Dance Electronic Songs chart and number 2 on The Billboard Dance Club chart. Jamie has produced multiple songs for different artists spread out in 37 albums since 2008. She has collaborated with producers on releases by Universal Music, Warner Music, Spinnin’ Records, Black Hole Records, Kontor Records.
