John Lineker was born in Paranagua, Parana, Brazil on January 1, 1990. As of February 11, 2019, he is the No. 5 in the Current Best MMA Bantamweight Fighter and he stands at No. 50 for the Current Best Pound For Pound MMA Fighter. He is affiliated with Ocimar Costa Jiu Jitsu and he is better known by his nickname Hands of Stone. He won his last fight against Brian Kelleher by left hook in the UFC 224 in 2018. His bouts in 2019 which was supposed to be against Cory Sandhagen and Dominick Cruz but both fights have been canceled. He made his UFC debut on May 2012, where he fought against Louis Gaudinot on UFC on FOX 3. Aside from UFC, he has also participated in Shooto Brazil and Jungle Fight.
