Daniel Howell was born on June 11, 1991 in Berkshire, England. His YouTube career started in 2009 when he uploaded his first video. In 2013, Daniel and his friend Phil created their own radio show on BBC Radio 1. For their work on the show, the pair received a Sony Golden Headphones Award. The show ended in 2016, but Daniel continues to make collaborations with Phil on a video show called The Super Amazing Project as well as on a gaming channel. The two wrote a book together in 2015, and at some point in his career, he (along with Phil) appeared in the UK version of Big Hero 6 as Technician 1 and Technician 2.
