Carrie Underwood, born Carrie Marie Underwood on March the 10th 1983 in Oklahoma, is an American stress, singer and songwriter. Rising to mainstream prominence as the winner of the fourth season of American idol, her debut album, Some Hearts was released in 2005, the singles Jesus, Take the Wheel and Before He Cheats were incredibly successful and she won three Grammy Awards for her album and the album became the best selling female debut album according to Nielsen SoundScan.

With six studio albums released thus far, her latest albums, Storyteller and Blown Away are both hits, with her next album expected in September of 2018. Some of the artist’s best known singles are Little Toy Guns, Smoke Break, Dirty Laundry and the recent hit, Cry Pretty.
