Ziggy Alberts

Ziggy Alberts is an Australian musician born in Queensland, Australia in July of 1994. He is best known for his album Laps Around the Sun that made it to the number 9 spot on the ARIA Charts in 2018. At 14 years old his parents gave him a guitar and Alberts fell in love with music. As a teen he would busk around the East Coast of Australia. He released his first EP Feels Like Home in 2012 and co-founded his own record label Commonfolk Records. In 2013 he released his first studio album titled Made of Water he followed it up with the albums Land & Sea in 2014 and Laps Around the Sun in 2018. Laps Around the Sun became his first charting album reaching the number 9 spot on the ARIA Charts. He also released a second EP in 2016 titled Four Feet in the Forest. Alberts tours all over Australia and European countries like Germany, France, and others.
