Born in May 30, 1964, Christina Claire Ciminella or publicly known as Wynonna Judd, came from Ashland, Kentucky. Her genre revolves in country music. She started off in her career together with her mother Naomi, being a successful duo in country music. Their band was called the “Judds.” They were able to take 14 of their songs to the singles top spot starting 1984 to 1989.
However, Naomi retired from the music scene because of a life-threatening illness. She was diagnosed with hepatitis C. Fortunately, she was able to recover as she watched her daughter became successful in her solo career. In 2000, Wynonna and Naomi performed for the New Year’s Eve concert, later releasing the video recording as “The Judds Reunion Live.”
