Space Laces is the stage name of the American DJ and record producer Ian Slider. Slider was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 25, 1997. He is known for playing and producing dubstep and drum & bass. He originally started making music under the stage name cornandbeans and would release his music on the website newgrounds. In 2008 he dropped the stage name cornandbeans and started making music under the stage name Space Laces. He became popular in 2013 after collaborating with Excision and Downlink on the Destoid project. In 2018 he released the EP Overdrive EP. He has released music through the labels Never Say Die, Never Say Die: Black Label, Rottun Records, Plasmapool Records, OWSLA, Big Fish Audio, and Killpop. Slider has collaborated with the artists Sam King, Excision, Downlink, Snails and others.
