Sigrid

Sigrid, born Sigrid Solbakk Raabe on September the 5th 1996 in Alesund is a Norwegian singer and songwriter.  Born to a musical family, she began a career in 2013, her debut single Sun allowed her to be signed with Petroleum Records, and later Island Records after which she began performing at Festivals.

Going to release Don’t Kill my Vibe in 2017, the song was a hit and managed to chart in Australia, the United Kingdom and Norway. Most recently featured in the DC comics film Justice League’s  soundtrack with the classic song cover Everybody Knows by Leonard Cohen, she states her inspirations as Adele, Neil Young and Joni Mitchell.  Some of her best-known hit songs are Plot Twist, Strangers, Raw and High Five.
