Sarah Blasko

Sarah Blasko was born Sarah Elizabeth Blaskow on the 23rd of September 1976 in Sydney and is an Australian singer, musician, songwriter and producer. Coming to fame, a the front woman of the band Acquiesce, she began a solo career in 2002, releasing her first solo album The Overture & the Underscore in 2004 to considerable success.

With six albums released so far, her first three albums were certified platinum in Australia, and her most recent album Depth of Field released in early 2018 and charted in the top 10 in Australia. With three ARIA Award wins from countless nominations through her career, Blasko has also won a Jack Award for live performances and a J Award for Album of the Year.
