Denzel Spencer, otherwise known as Roy Woods is a Canadian rapper, singer and songwriter hailing from Brampton, Ontario. Signed to OVO Sound, a label that is funded by the hit rapper Drake, Woods’ first single Drama from his EP Exis was premiered by Drake on Beats 1 Radio. His second single from the EP, a song titled Get you good, had premiered on the OVO Sound radio show.
In 2015 the young artist released his first music video for his single Jealousy, which garnered over 9 million views on YouTube, rendering him a viral hit. He then went on to release his next EP and a debut album titled Say Less, a commercial success that debuted high in the US R&B charts.
