Roman Atwood is an American YouTuber born in Millersport, Ohio on May 28, 1983. He is best known for his family vlogs and pranks. He is the second YouTuber to have earned two Diamond Play Buttons for his two channels hitting 10 million. He started filming and producing videos in high school and in 2006 sold a series of DVDs called The Nerd Herd at Warped Tour. Before starting his YouTube channels, he worked at his family’s rope factory, Atwood Rope. He started his first channel in 2009 self-named RomanAtwood. The channel is used as his prank channel and has amassed a following of 10 million with 1.4 billion total video views. His second, and main channel, was started in 2013 and is named Roman Atwood Vlogs. The channel has amassed a following of 15 million subscribers with over 5 billion total video views. In 2016 he and several friends released the film Natural Born Pranksters that was produced by Lionsgate. Atwood has been nominated for several awards and has won a Streamy Award in 2015 and a Shorty Award in 2016.
