Featuring a fairly extensive resume is Rob Zombie, who was born Robert Bartleh Cummings on January 12, 1965, in Haverhill, Massachusetts. As a child, he took extreme interest in horror movies, and as an adult played in the band White Zombie, releasing three EPs that did not gain recognition. They would eventually be signed to Geffen Records, release four studio albums, and break up in 1998, upon which Rob Zombie embarked on a solo career. Rob Zombie released his solo album Hellbilly Deluxe: 13 Tales of Cadaverous Cavorting Inside The Spookshow International in 1998. It went triple Platinum, and featured the singles “Dragula”, “Superbeast”, and “Living Dead Girl”. He later began his career as a director, although some of his projects were shelved due to inappropriate content.

Rob Zombie would go on to release The Sinister Urge in 2001, Past, Present & Future in 2003, which went Platinum, and his formerly shelved film House of 1000 Corpses through Lions Gate Entertainment. In 2006, he would go on to craft the remake of the 1978 film Halloween, which grossed $10,896,610 the day it opened. He later directed films such as Halloween II in 2009, The Lords of Salem in 2013 (which he also wrote and produced), and The Zombie Horror Picture Show in 2014.
