Rexx Life Raj is the stage name of the American rapper Faraji Wright. He was born in Berkeley, California on January 30, 1990. Wright had a love for music from a young age. He attended Boise State University on a football scholarship and started making mixtapes while in college. He graduated in 2012 with a degree in communications and stopped playing football to focus on a music career. In 2014 he released his debut EP titled Hidden Clouds and has since released the EPs Portraits, Dreamland: Telegraph Ave., The Escape, and Emoji Goats. In 2016 he released his debut studio album titled Father Figure and followed it up in 2017 with his second studio album Father Figure 2. He has also released a number of singles, including “Put On”, “Moxie Java”, “Shit n’ Floss”, “Handheld GPS”, “Devin’s Song”, “Radio” and more.
