Rain Man, born Kristopher Trindl on December 16th, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois is an American DJ and record producer. Kris was a founding member of the EDM/ DJ group called Krewella in 2007 alongside Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf. The group produced EDM, electro, electro house, progressive house, and dubstep. In 2011 the label Monstercat signed Krewella to a record deal. The group released their first single called “Killin’ It” shortly after. In June 2012 the group released their first EP entitled Play Hard. The album charted at number 1 on the Billboard Dance Radio Airplay chart. The group played at Ultra Music Festival in 2013 and then released their debut album called Get Wet. The album charted in at number 10 on the Billboard 200.
In 2014 Kris split from Krewella and started a solo career under the moniker Rain Man. He released his debut single called “Visionary” featuring Sirah on DJ Borgore’s label Buygore in 2015. In 2016 he released the single “Bring Back the Summer” on the label Dim Mak Records. In 2017 he released the single “Do You Still Feel?” featuring Max.
