Patrice Bergeron was born in L’Ancienne-Lorette, Canada on Born: July 24, 1985. Boston Bruins picked him in the round 2 of the 2003 draft.

He bagged a gold medal in the 2004 World Championship. He also earned an Olympic gold medal during the 2010 Winter Olympics and the 2014 Winter Olympics.

Boston won the Stanley Cup in 2011, and Bergeron received the award for the Stanley Cup Clinching Goal. In the same year, he also became a member of the Triple Gold Club.

During the 2013-14 season, he received the NHL Foundation Player Award. He also received the Frank J. Selke Trophy for being the Top Defensive Forward four times. He also made the most points during the Spengler Cup in 2012 where Team Canada won.
