Milo Yiannopoulos is a British political commentator, public speaker, and writer born in Kent, England on October 18, 1984. He is known for ridiculing atheism, feminism, social justice, Islam, and political correctness in his speeches and writings. Yiannopoulos is a former editor for the far-right American news network Breitbart News. He started his career working for The Catholic Herald and The Daily Telegraph. He started running the online magazine The Kernel from 2011 to 2013. He started working at Breitbart News in 2015 and moved to the United States. He was with Breitbart from 2015 until 2017, when he resigned. In 2017 he started writing a weekly column for the website The Daily Caller. Yiannopoulos wrote introductions for the compilations Forbidden Thoughts and SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police. In 2017 he released his book Dangerous independently. The book was a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestseller. He followed it up in 2018 with his second book Diabolical: How Pope Francis Has Betrayed Clerical Abuse Victims Like Me – and Why He Has To Go.
