Meek Mill born Robert Williams is a popular rapper that hails from Philidephia, Pennsylvania and is signed to Maybach Music Group. Before gaining national attention, he gained popularity through his mixtape releases and Philly that led to him aligning himself with Grand Hustle. After that partnership didnt pan out, he would sign to Rick Ross Maybach Music label, and would release more popular mixtapes. He would go onto release his debut album Dreams and Nightmares which hit #2 on the Billboard charts. The album featured hit songs like “Amen” and “Young and Gettin It”, and made Meek Mill one of the most popular rappers in hip-hop.
