His television debut was in 2011 for the soap opera “One Life to Live.” His film debut was for 2006’s “Thursday.”
He is best known for his role in the Netflix original series “Orange is the New Black” as John Bennett. Together with Lauren Lapkus, they took roles of correctional officers. Matt McGorry is also known for his inclusion in the ABC series “How to Get Away with Murder” as Asher Millstone.
