Lipstick Gypsy

Lipstick Gypsy is a top 40 funk band  which started as a one-time collaboration but turned into something more. The name implies moving from one love to the next as a gypsy moves.  The R&B duo, based out of New York, produced a hit video titled ‘Infatuation’. They were signed by L.A. Reid and producer Salaam Remi. Elvis Duran named them artist of the month in October 2015 on The Today Show. Lipstick Gypsy is made up of two men, John Thomas and Chris Leggio. They met through a man named Jojo brim a manager in the music industry. They found they had great chemistry and decided to work together, eventually leading to a longer partnership.  The duo says they are influenced by Michael Jackson and the work of producers Quincy Jones and Rod Temperton. Their self-titled EP debut is their first project together.
