Lil Uzi Vert

Lil Uzi Vert, born Symere Woods, is a rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who began rapping in high school and gained the attention of local DJ Buzz Worthy, who became his manager. Meeting with producers such as Charlie Heat, Sonny Digital, and TM88, he began recording a number of singles and mixtapes that began to garner success and acclaim. His breakout single, “Money Longer,” made him a major success on the internet, with over 35 million listens as of the time of writing. His mixtape LUV Is RAGE, circulated wildly online in part due to notable features, including A$AP Ferg and Rich The Kid on “WDYW.” He is currently signed to Atlantic Records.
