Coming from Dayton, Ohio, Like Moth to Flames was found in 2010. The band was formed in collaboration of Chris Roetter and Aaron Evans after their previous bands broke up. They recruited Zach Huston, Eli Ford, and Lance Greenfield to start Like Moths to Flames and was signed under Rise Records.
Their EP “Sweet Talker” was released in 2010. Their full-length debut “When We Don’t Exist” came in 2011 under Rise as well. The album reached the Billboard Heatseekers chart. “An Eye for An Eye” was released in 2013, while “The Dying Things We Live For” arrived in 2015.
