Kris Letang was born in Montreal, QC, Canada on April 24, 1987. The Pittsburgh Penguins picked him in the round 3 of the 2005 Draft.
Letang made it to the National Hockey League YoungStars Roster in the 2007-2008 season. During the next season, he held NHL Playoffs Most Goals by a Defenseman.
In the 2012-2013 season, he bagged the Most Assists by Defenseman and Most Points by Defenseman. He also made the record for NHL Playoffs Most Assists by Defenseman and Most Points by Defenseman.
In the 2015-2016 season, he also received the Stanley Cup Clinching Goal. His team won the Stanley Cup thrice in 2008-2009 and 2015-2017. He is also a four-time NHL All-Star pick. He has also been part of the Canada U18 and Canada U20.
