An American actor and music producer, Josh Hartnett came to attention in 1997 for his role as Michael Fitzgerald in the crime series Cracker. His film debut came in the slasher film Halloween H2O: 20 Years Later, he then had starring roles in the acclaimed Michael Bay war film Pearl Harbour alongside Ben Affleck and Kate Beckinsale.
Then going on to star in the Ridley Scott war film Black Hawk Down as Matt Eversmann, he also worked on films such as The Black Dahlia and most recently has played John in the hit film Oh Lucy! With four awards to his name, including accolades for his environmental work, his production credits include films such as August and the film 6 Below.
