Jared Padalecki was born on July 19, 1982 in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from high school in 2000. Afterwards, he moved the Los Angeles to pursue his acting career and landed the role of Dean Forester in the series Gilmore Girls. In the early 2000s, Jared made movies and had a few onscreen roles until 2005 when he was casted as Sam Winchester in the WB series Supernatural. Jared and his co-star Jensen Ackles have won many awards for their performances including multiple Best Male performance awards in a sci-fi series. With 13 seasons, it holds the title of the longest-running North American Sci-fi series in history. He has also had other roles all through the 2000s, including the revival of Gilmore Girls in 2017.
