Irrfan Khan, born Sahabzade Irrfan Ali Khan is an Indian film actor and is known throughout India for his natural and versatile acting style. He has recently also breached into the Hollywood Industry with several notable roles. With almost fifty award nominations and thirty-three wins, the actor is much celebrated within India, also holding the Padma Shri.
Known for his work internationally in films such as the Academy Award winning Slumdog Millionaire, The Life of Pi, The Darjeeling Limited, The Amazing Spiderman, Jurassic World and most recently Inferno a film based on the Dan Brown novel of the same name, he has been praised by international critics for his role in all the above films.
