Holt McCallany

Holt McCallany is an American writer, actor and producer who has worked from 1987 in film and television.  Born to theatrical parents his mother was an American actress and singer and his father worked in theatre extensively.  Following his family’s theatrical roots the actor began with Shakespeare and this led to his landing supporting roles in films such as Alien 3 and Rough Riders.

With a long and successful career that has gone from extensive stage work to film and television he has most recently worked in films such as 2016 Tom Cruise starring Jack Reacher: Never Go Back as Col. Sam Morgan. He played Bruce in the action flick Monster Ricks and most recently starred in the film Angel Has Fallen alongside Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman.
