Gabriel Iglesias, also known as Fluffy, is an American comedian, actor, writer, and producer, born in San Diego, California on July 15, 1976. He is best known for his shows I’m Not Fat… I’m Fluffy and Hot & Fluffy. In 1997 he made the decision to get into comedy full time and quit his job at a cell phone company. He didn’t get his big break until 2000 when he landed a role on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy show All That alongside Nick Cannon and Amanda Bynes. His career took off after that and he has been in shows and movies like, Magic Mike, Coco Last Comic Standing, Just for Laughs, Cristela, Narcos, The Star, Show Dogs, Live at Gotham, Modern Family, and more. He has also released several comedy specials like, Hot and Fluffy, We Luv Fluffy, and Aloha Fluffy. Iglesias has been given several awards from the city of El Paso, Texas and was given the key to the City.
