Felipe Peláez

Felipe Peláez is a Venezuelan singer, songwriter and record producer born in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela on February 7, 1976. While in high school he started playing the piano and guitar. While in college he decided he wanted to pursue a music career and would play in local bars. He was signed with the label Sony Music and released his debut single titled “Sonando Contigo.” In 1999 one of his songs was featured in the album Wishes. He released his debut studio album in 2000 titled With all the Heart and has since released the albums Felipe Peláez and His Son Guajire, For Your Love, Entre Amigos, A Paso Firme and more. He has also been involved in several collaboration albums. Throughout his career he has been nominated for several awards and has won a two Latin Grammy Awards, a SAYCO Award, a Nuestra Tierra Award and others.
