Fearne Cotton, also known as Fearne Wood was born on the 3rd of September 1981 in Northwood and is a British radio and television presenter. Beginning her career at the age of fifteen with the children’s program, The Disney Club, winning a competition to host the show. Moving on to host the children’s science program Eureka TV, Cotton also hosted shows such as, Fingertips and Smile, to name a few. A fixture in British television, her best-known hosting gigs are shows such as Top of the Pops and telethons such as Red Nose Day.

In Radio, she began a career in 2005 with BBC’s Radio 1, presenting with Reggie Yates and has recently taken over as stand in on BBC Radio 2, standing in for the likes of Graham Norton, Martin Kemp and others.
