Deion Sanders is a retired American professional football and baseball player and sports analyst born in Fort Myers, Florida on August 9, 1967. Sanders played in the National Football League for 14 seasons as a punt returner and cornerback. He played for the teams, the Atlanta Falcons from 1989, the San Francisco 49ers in 1994, The Dallas Cowboys from 1995 to 1999, the Washington Redskins in 2000, and the Baltimore Ravens from 2004 to 2005. He also played as an outfielder in Major League Baseball for nine seasons. He played for the teams the New York Yankees from 1989 to 1990, the Atlanta Braves from 1991 to 1994, the Cincinnati Reds from 1994 to 1995 and from 1997 to 2001, and the San Francisco Giants in 1995. During his NFL career he won two Super Bowls, Super Bowl XXIX and XXX. During his MLB career he made an appearance in a World Series in 1992, making him the only athlete to be in a World Series and a Super Bowl. In 2011 he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Sanders also dabbled in music and released his debut album in 1994 titled Prime Time and released a second remix album in 2005 titled The Encore Remix. He currently works as an analyst for CBS Sports and the NFL Network.
