Brit Floyd is a British Pink Floyd tribute band formed in Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2011. The band was the creation of the musician Damian Darlington after performing for 17 years with The Australian Pink Floyd Show from 1994 to 2011. Darlington fell in love with Pink Floyd at the age of 13 after watching the band perform live in 1987 on their A Momentary Lapse of Reason Tour. After performing with The Australian Pink Floyd Show for so many years, Damian felt that he could do it better with a whole new group of musicians and formed the band in 2011. Since its formation the band has been constantly touring around the world. The current band members are Damian Darlington, Gareth Darlington, Bryan Kolupski, Rob Stringer, Ian Cattell, Arran Ahmun, Ola Bienkowska, Emily Jollands, Jacquie Williams, Angela Cervantes, Thomas Ashbrook, Roberta Freeman, Karl Penny, Jay Davidson, Edo Scordo, Jenn Kee, Ryan Saranich, Eva Avila, and Ella Chi.
