Bibi Bourelly, born Badriia Ines Bourelly, is a is a Berlin-born singer and songwriter signed to Def Jam Records. She started releasing songs as a solo artist in 2015, around which time she began writing internally for Def Jam artists. In a short series of recording sessions with Kanye West and Rihanna, she wrote the songs “Higher” and “Bitch Better Have My Money,” both of which would become standout tracks of Rihanna’s. She released her single “Ego,” at the end of 2015, capping off a massive year for her career. She continues to work as a songwriter for other artists, as well as a solo artist, with a debut album in the works.
