Ayda Field

Ayda Field is an American actress born in Los Angeles, California on May 17, 1979. She is best known for her role as a regular panelist on the show Loose Women and for being a judge on the British version of The X Factor in 2018. She is also known for her comedy roles in television and film. She attended college at Harvard-Westlake School and graduated in 1997. She initially became well known for appearing on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. Field has had roles in television shows like Blue Collar TV, Eve, Days of Our Lives, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Back to You, Fresh Meat, Paranoid and others. She was also in the pilot of the sitcom Making It Legal. In 2018 she became a judge on the popular talent show The X Factor.
