Anne-Marie, born Anne-Marie Rose Nicholson on the 7th of April 1991 in Essex is an English singer and songwriter. With a career that began with West End productions of Les Miserables and Whistle Down the Wind as a child, her solo career began when she guested on tracks by artists such as Magnetic Man and Rudimental. With a strong pop and R&B sound, she is currently signed with Asylum and Warner Music.
With a debut EP released in 2015, titled Karate, she established herself as a creative success. Further establishing herself with her debut album Speak Your Mind in 2018. Some of her hit songs included the hit single Alarm which was certified double platinum in Australia, and Gold in most other countries and the more recent hit Friends, charting high across multiple countries and being certified fold in multiple countries.
